By downloading, accessing, or using the Pura Halal application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Services
The App provides AI-driven analysis of food ingredients, a Qibla compass, and prayer time tables. Some features require an active internet connection, while others (Compass, Prayer Times) may function locally.
3. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

• AI-Generated Content: The App uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze data. You acknowledge that AI can provide inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information.
• No Religious Authority: The App is not a religious authority. Responses provided by the AI do not constitute official Fatwas or binding religious rulings.
• Independent Verification: We are not responsible for any answers generated by the AI. You are strictly required to verify all information independently with certified Halal authorities or qualified Islamic scholars before making any consumption or lifestyle decisions.
• Use at Own Risk: Your use of the App and reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers a "PRO" subscription. Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
